Kendrick was very professional and timely in programming my key. He also made me aware of specials available, thereby giving me a chance to take advantage of much needed items at an affordable price.
Brought a expensive watch to get a battery replaced and I don't think the person knew what he was doing. It took longer than usual and when I did get my watch the back was scratched . I questioned him about it and he said it was like that when I bought it in and I knew it wasn't. I will go somewhere else next time.
