Always have the batteries we need to replace in stock. Customer service is always friendly and fast.
I had to do a remote repair. Paid for the batteries online and my RV repair was able to get them the same day with no problem. They then called me about my refund for cores which I had no awareness of. Totally great experience.
I have been a customer now for a year and have had good experience. Have bought at least 3-4 batteries for my jet ski and for my boat. I have met the owner (you) who is a local football coach who had played hockey (my son plays hockey in college). Absolutely do not take your phone to this store. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my Samsung for a simple screen crack—nothing complicated. What I got back was a phone in worse shape than when I handed it over. The so-called "technician" was literally watching a YouTube video to figure out how to fix my phone. Unsurprisingly, the screen completely stopped working the very next day. When I returned to the store to get this mess sorted out, the same guy claimed there was nothing he could do.
