I had to do a remote repair. Paid for the batteries online and my RV repair was able to get them the same day with no problem. They then called me about my refund for cores which I had no awareness of. Totally great experience.
I have been a customer now for a year and have had good experience. Have bought at least 3-4 batteries for my jet ski and for my boat. I have met the owner (you) who is a local football coach who had played hockey (my son plays hockey in college). I also have met with one of his sales person who has a son that sometimes goes to the store after school. Great experience with the locally owned store. Absolutely do not take your phone to this store. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my Samsung for a simple screen crack—nothing complicated. What I got back was a phone in worse shape than when I handed it over. The so-called "technician" was literally watching a YouTube video to figure out how to fix my phone. Unsurprisingly, the screen completely stopped working the very next day. When I returned to the store to get this mess sorted out, the same guy claimed there was nothing he could do. My fire alarm started chirping right as we were going to the airport….hours on the business don’t match online. Showed up at 8:30am on a Friday and it’s closed.
Store clerk could not figure out how to give me the $ 10 refund of the core deposit on a battery purchase when I returned a comparable battery. I was told to call back in a few days and when I called back they told me I had to come in (20 mile trip for me) to get the refund. After I pushed back they did it over the phone. Sounds like a scam to me....
