Absolutely do not take your phone to this store. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my Samsung for a simple screen crack—nothing complicated. What I got back was a phone in worse shape than when I handed it over. The so-called "technician" was literally watching a YouTube video to figure out how to fix my phone. My fire alarm started chirping right as we were going to the airport….hours on the business don’t match online. Showed up at 8:30am on a Friday and it’s closed.
Store clerk could not figure out how to give me the $ 10 refund of the core deposit on a battery purchase when I returned a comparable battery. I was told to call back in a few days and when I called back they told me I had to come in (20 mile trip for me) to get the refund. After I pushed back they did it over the phone. Sounds like a scam to me....
