Great service. Rather than charging me for a new battery, the sales associate determined I was covered by a warranty on a previous purchase.
I will never purchase another item from Batteries Plus again. It’s absolutely outrageous that they require you to leave your car battery with them for up to 24 hours just to charge and test it before honoring a warranty exchange. Most people can’t go without a car for that long — it’s completely unreasonable and shows a lack of consideration for their customers’ needs.
