I have super cool attended to immediately when I walked in the door by very friendly nice young man by the name of Robert. I feel he went way and beyond.What good customer service is.
This location obviously needs to hire help, there's usually only one person available to assist. Today I waited over 30 minutes in front of the store (during normal business hours) because the door is locked with a sign posted "Be back 15 min". Interesting...
Called before heading there to see if they might have a battery for my generator. No answer repeated times. Decided to finally drive there only to find 5 customers patiently waiting and a sign stating "back in 20". Waited 25 minutes and then I left, along with some others. Absolutely unprofessional excuse for customer service. If you can't provide the products and service you claim to offer during normal business hours, you really shouldn't be in business.
