Took my watch in for a new battery because the seconds hand was advancing in 5 second increments which is usually because of the battery. The guy behind the counter came back to tell me the battery didn't fix the issue and that they would not charge me anything this time, and indicated that most likely it needs to get repaired (which probably cost over $100.00), or replaced. Terrible customer service. Jay thinks he knows everything there is to know in his 3 months of being a claim tech or whatever he titled himself as. He gave me inaccurate information multiple times and refused to open my claim. He wasted my time, He’s condescending and now I can’t get my phone fixed.
THEY ALWAYS HAVE HAD ANY BATTERY I'VE NEEDED. THEY INSTALL THEM FOR ME. YOU USUALLY CAN GET A WARANTEE ON THE BATTERY
Well this store just stole my money. They sold me 356 batteries that did not have a charge. I tried them before I left the store. The guy working their checked them and they were dead. Most of the package that he pulled them from were dead and told me they could not refund me my money back. Then I leave the store and the manager and some other person .
