I took my phone in yesterday for a broken screen and water damage. The screen was fixed to the naked eye and it worked perfectly for around 4-5 hours. Later I took off the phone case and realized the bottom of my screen is pushed out. Right before noticing issues with my screen, my phone started to power off and back on. This was an issue that was "fixed" however, will not stop shutting off randomly and my screen is bulging out from the bottom. I payed 130ish dollars for the service and over night wait. They were amazing. Had to do a phone repair through insurance and they went above and beyond to help me. It's refreshing how incredible the customer service was. I will be back and reccomend everyone go there.
They were so kind and helpful with fixing my keyfob that stopped working correctly. In the past, they have replaced batteries in key fobs for me as well. I highly recommend them as a trusted business in Sevierville! They are always polite and helpful!
