Service was excellent.
DO NOT buy a motorcycle, ATV or lawn mower battery here. They have the warranty rigged so that if it goes bad they claim neglect and won't honor the warranty. I bought a battery a month ago and it's bad. My battery tester shows it's bad, with only about 34 CCA. I left it on a charger overnight because they say if you bring it in with less than 12 volts it voids the warranty. Of course, if it would take and hold a charge why would I be bringing it back? Went in pretty frustrated with my phone, convinced I needed a charge port and battery replacement. Not only did Mr. Michael pull the supplies and help me as soon as I entered the store, he also showed me my port was perfectly fine and just clogged. Honesty and good work is hard to find, he did a great job, was honest, personable, and efficient. Will definitely return to this specific location because of him!
AJ was very helpful with replacing batteries and connecting a spare faub for my faub.
Really nice staff here. They fixed my phone quickly!
