I purchased a Duracell Ultra battery for my Honda Pilot today at Batteries Plus Glenwood. During the installation, the associate accidentally dropped and lost one of the battery retaining clips. I was informed that the part was “not necessary” and that I could purchase a replacement myself from AutoZone or another store if I need. While I understand that the retaining clip may be inexpensive (likely under $10), that is not the issue. Everyone there is extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable
Another great experience at the Glenwood Road location! The associate replaced the battery in my Air Tag before I even had time to sit down and wait! LOL...the price was less than I expected and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I relay on Batteris+Bulbs for all my battery needs including my digital scale and my car key fob (which has a lifetime guarantee). So impressed with this brand and their employees. Highly recommend!
friendly staff and great service
The staff was very accommodating in taking care what I needed even when it was a busy day due to incoming bad weather. They were helpful, very nice and installed the new battery on my phone so I could be able to rely on it during the storm.
