Prepaid and ordered an iPad battery in the store, after they verified and charged me for the right part, 2 weeks ago. On Monday, they told me they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder it. I looked up the battery I was needing for my ATV on the website. It said it was in stock at the location so I headed over there. When I got there the employee was very helpful checking everywhere for the battery but we couldn’t find anything. I asked about the in-store vs. online inventory sync and was informed that it isn’t very accurate. Pretty disappointing overall. The same thing happened to me last year so it isn’t a one off.

Worst experience ever. The guy was very rude from the very beginning. Just needed 2 keys made and he was hateful from the very beginning of our conversation. We finally just left. We were tired of him being so rude to us. I would not recommend going to this store to anyone We tried explaining to him we had just lost everything in our house fire and showed him proof of ownership from department of revenue even and my driver license Highly recommend going anywhere else but here
