Not even one star!! One of the worst experiences I've had with employees of a store. Let me explain. When I pulled in to the parking lot of the Batteries Plus in FTC there was not another car in the parking lot. I admit that I parked sloppily, outside the lines. But again, I was the only car in the parking lot. Whoever the giant neckbeard dude behind the counter was, he was utterly and seditiously rude. I had to return a CR 2045 battery because they suggested the wrong replacement for my Ford Bronco. After figuring out the correct CR 2032 model for my car they then tried to sell me on a two pack of Duracells when I only need the one. After that they tried to get me to sign up for a subscription service so they could keep replacing them over and over again. I did think this was a battery place, but evidently not, they don't carry batteries.
