I went in curious about battery pricing, and I left with a new car battery. Dennis was very helpful and kind. He did quick, thorough work making sure my battery terminal cables were cleaned before attaching them to the new battery. His attention to detail was much better than other places I’ve gone in the past like autozone. I’ll plan to get batteries from here in the future based on how good this experience was.
I love this store. Although small, they have a wide selection of products, their customer service is excellent and, if they cannot help, they give alternatives.
I needed a car battery replaced and installed - I ordered online, it was ready in 15 minutes, and replaced in about the same amount of time when I arrived. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and helpful - super appreciate it guys!
I would highly advise you to use this fine business. If you have a dead car battery and need it replaced, all you have to do is park out front and they will come out and change it out for you quickly. Also, I just had a key fob for my Toyota that I was having problems Changing one of those tiny little batteries that go in there and I took it over to them and they took care of it quickly and didn’t even charge me anything. If you have anything that has a battery this is the place to go.
Needed a 6v battery for my vintage motorcycle and they had one left in my hometown location. While it was charging, and before they handed it over, the staff did a polarity check and found it was backwards. An obvious factory defect Since they didn't have another in-stock they called the nearest store to locate one for me. They also requested the other store doble-check the polarity first before sending me over, to ensure it was viable, which it was. Appreciate the excellent customer service and going the extra mile!
