I’ve been going to this Batteries Plus store for quite a few years and they have always been very helpful. I’ve purchased two Replacement Roomba batteries, multiple key fob batteries, quite a few random light bulbs and cell batteries. And now I got a new battery ‘installed’ in my Honda Sport.
Great customer service right from the get go thereby making me feel very valued. My request for an iPhone battery replacement was taken care of promptly and the service was performed as well as finished ahead of schedule. Every phase of the transaction was handled with flawless execution.
I had such a great experience with Batteries Plus. It was very convenient to place an order and also schedule an installation time on the website. Though I selected and purchased an electronics battery for my car online, it was the incorrect size for my vehicle.
