Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for all your battery, key repair/cutting, and cell phone repair needs. Plus they always have cute seasonal decor in their shop. :)
The customer service at this Batteries Plus is absolutely amazing. My car broke down outside the gym this morning And my key was not working. The young man, Andrew at Batteries Plus took time and effort above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me solve my problem and get my car back on the road. It's 90 outside, his uniform is black, and with a smile and passion to solve my problem, he took the time to help. This place is amazing. Andrew you are a god send
Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Service was fast. I highly recommend them. A hidden gem. Thank you Andrew and Mustfa!
Employees were very informative, professional, courteous, i was in and out in very timely manner, with the products I needed, definitely recommend them.
I was looking for low voltage battery for my Tesla, couldn’t find it in one major auto parts store, went to this store and a very helpful and knowledgeable young man assisted me and suggested a model that match my car also offered to install it, even though he said he never did install on Tesla before, it took him less then 10 min. i really appreciate his help because the battery is kind of heavy i wouldn’t be able to do my self, i feel bad i didn’t get his name. highly recommended.
