Price was great was disappointed because the associate did not offer to carry in the battery. I asked for a cart or something s ad nd didn’t have one. He did however carry it out for me. What do troublesome about it , there wasn’t a soul in the store. So it wasn’t like he was busy.
Buying online was easy and pick up at the Aiken store was easy too. My batteries were ready to go when I arrived, and the employee carried one heavy battery to my car; couldn't have been better. Update: Another good experience today. 2/11/2026 No hassle replacement of a battery.
