Great customer service. Had the battery ready and all charged up.
Came in to get a very rare battery. The young man was friendly, he recognized the battery type and found it quickly. While I was there I ended up buying five flashlights for my grandkids.
My online battery pre-purchase included the free install and core trade. Upon arriving at my required selected designated time, the clerk informed me that BP did not perform the service actually listed on my receipt. Why would I need to pick an appointment time if no install service was going to be performed? I informed the employee that she was spouting BS and that I would take my business elsewhere. And I did! NAPA sold me the same battery (manufacturer) for $50 less.
