I came in to have my batteries replaced under warranty and was helped by Kia. She provided outstanding customer service and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. We ran into an issue with a nut that was stuck on one of the battery studs, but she stayed persistent and worked on it until she was able to get it loose and get the batter swapped out for me. Kia is an amazing employee and truly a breath of fresh air. Her positive attitude made for a great experience.
The battery I purchased was not the right one for my mower. The return process was easy.
I just bought 2 batteries for my diesel truck at a Batteries Plus here on Johnson street in Lafayette Louisiana, and the young lady that waited on me, her name was Kia ...and she could not have been more helpful. I can't recommend doing business with this store....nd with this establishment enough!! We need more people in this world by her!
