Upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by everyone in the store offering service, Michelle, Patrick and Kia. All were helpful and friendly. I was offered a chair while I waited. The store was nice, clean and well organized. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The employees are awesome.
Piss poor warranty. Dead cell batteries in less then 6 months. Would not exchange. Never again. Horrible service when it comes to thier shitty batteries. Scam.
These guys are awesome!! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Will definitely be returning
I went into Batteries Plus with a friend, she needed help. While I was there I had Kia check my key fob, dealership said it would cost a few hundred dollars to fix. Kia fixed it in less than a minute free of charge. The battery was in backwards. Thank you Kia, you will get ALL of my business from now on.
