My car’s battery had died and I had it jumpstarted to go replace it. The cashier named Paola helped me through the process and even installed the battery fast! It was about 10 to 15 minutes. I was also able to pick up a battery that I had ordered before for my PSP with no problems. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience
Samsung sent me to this location so that I could have my phone assesed. It turns out, I had a wonderful experience with two beautiful young people who assisted me with information on my Samsung 5 Flip. Both Paola and Rueben had patience and kind spirits. They determined that my phone was not damaged internally, just the screen protector needs changed. I was very lucky to have both of them working on this day. It was a blessing to me. Great representation of what you want in your employees! Thank you!
