Excellent service. Fast and simple. They said it would be done in an hour, and it was. Had the pleasure of having Andrew as the tech I needed to deal with. He was great, very polite and patient. My phone screen has never looked better.

Andrew helped me get a replacement battery for my 2009 Hyundai POS GLX. Turns out the battery wasn't the problem: it was the starter. He helped me with the install, stayed past closed to make sure everything went right, and THEN when it turned out the battery wasn't the problem, he re-opened the shop to make sure I got a refund. Great place, great guy, 10/10
my earlier review spelled the problem I had at store #470 and it was bad,,,this review however will spell out what customer service is and that is what I got at store#974 ,customer service...my story started with Pablo at store #852...my online order delivered to #852 was graciously transferred at my request to store#470 and when I tried to return bulbs that did not fit to#470 some skinny jerk behind the counter refused to help...Pablo at store#852 saw my scathing review and offered to help out...due to a mix-up in direction... read more
