Year ago I got a brand new battery for my VW Atlas. The battery included a 3 year warranty. I was very happy with the warranty. Sadly, my car was having problem staring the engine today, so I went to a one of the BatteryPlus location to inspect the battery. He said that the battery was low in power, he wasn't sure wether the battery or my car has a problem. Very honest and great folks at this location. I’ve bought 3 deep cycle AGM batteries from them. I had the first one go bad recently that I bought in 2021. Since that time the manufacturer changed their warranty period (from 5 years to 4 years) making it shorter. Unknowingly the employees said I was out of warranty. I left to think about it as I the battery started the vehicle still. Soon after I got a call from them saying the original warranty still had a years time left and they had my new battery waiting for me!!! They co... read more
