Great customer service. I brought in my truck battery for a warranty concern after almost 3 years from purchasing it. After it was confirmed that the cranking amps were way lower than the battery is rated for I was given a replacement battery free of charge. Warranty is still good for one more year since the first battery came with a 4 year warranty. Picture is of the battery that was replaced: Duracell 12V 94R ULTRA PLATINUM 48
