Went in for a new screen. Was greeted by Andrew who was extremely reassuring about the whole process. Cameron performed the diagnostics and phone repair and was extremely efficient and responsive to all of my questions. I was greeted by the owner as well who was extremely kind and helpful. Mike, Matthew, and Cameron provided excellent service. When I arrived to have them installed my Duracell 625 CCA battery, which I had prepaid online, Mike recommended that Matthew see if the Duracell 800 CCA battery would fit, because that particular line of Duracell battery is the same cost regardless of CCA. Matthew worked hard to make sure that the battery was installed correctly and tested my electrical system as well.
