Every experience I've had with this location has been exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I brought my phone in today thinking it needed the charging port replaced. I explained to Oscar, the young gentleman at the counter what was going on. He said he didn't think it needed replacement, may be just dirty. He took it in back, came back out 4 minutes later. He pulled a little piece of plastic out of my charging port. I am so grateful. Definitely recommend this team.
Did an excellent job replacing phone battery!
They usually have what i need and they'll get what they dont have fast. Good service at an affordable price. Also the Duracell brand batteries seem to last longer in all my vehicles and equipment than other comparable brands.
I just got my phone fixed at this location . The young man who helped me stayed past the closing time to fix my phone. He knew exactly what he was doing, and went above and beyond . Its rare to get great service these days . Thanks batteries and bulbs forest lake
