Ordered an ATV battery on line to be picked up later in the day and everything went great. I received an email when it was ready to be picked up and when I got there it was. The online process was excellent.

Made a insurance claim Saturday at tmobile, was sent to batteries plus for a appointment the next day only to be told they did not have the screen in stock and it qould take a week in a half 2 get the part in. Then different people call me monday to tell me the screen was there and they dont know why he didnt see it . Thank gosh for these people that seemed really nice and know what they are doing
