I wish I could give them ZERO. I bought a life time warranty. When my watch stopped, I took it to them expecting that they are going to be professional. They did not honor the warranty. Asked me to pay for new battery. I did pay them for a new battery. While I was on my phone, they gave me my watch back, charged me, and said that they have replaced the battery. The watch stopped after two hours. I went there today. And they told me the watch has old seiko factory installed battery. But I bought a new battery from them yester... read more

They print receipts on heat sensitive paper which becomes invisible quickly, and they keep no record of which watch you purchsed lifetime battery replacement on. Then they couldn't open or change the battery on either of my watches they had worked on before. Both were hiding in the back and acted like I bothered them. Never again!
