They print receipts on heat sensitive paper which becomes invisible quickly, and they keep no record of which watch you purchsed lifetime battery replacement on. Then they couldn't open or change the battery on either of my watches they had worked on before. Both were hiding in the back and acted like I bothered them. Never again!
Recently got my s23 ultra screen replaced here. 1st one I'm guessing was bad and had "ghost touching" took it back and they replaced it again no problem. So far so good with the replacement screen.
We go in with my Iphone Xs Max. Yes it's an older phone. I need to get my battery replaced and my screen protector replaced to have longer battery and cause my screen protector has a couple cracks, not the actual screen. They say they don't have screen protectors for my phone, I say that's fine and pay nearly $90 to get my battery replaced. I wait an hour for the repair and come back to get the phone.
