While it seems customer service has declined in recent years i experienced the opposite at this location. I ordered a new chip key for my 2012 Subaru Outback. Cassidy, the technician, was able to program it in minutes and get me down the road. I'd been manually locking my car for a few months so while minor in the grand scheme it made a huge difference to my sense of security.
Cassidy was very helpful!!! Had issues with my battery so I came to this location. She was very honest and straight forward and got to test the battery and told me I didn’t need another battery, like the previous store was telling us! I recommend this location for ANY battery or phone needs!!!!
I have purchased many batteries from this location, my vehicles, ATV, riding mower. They always do an excellent job and excellent service!
My phone was probably ran over by an automobile and they fixed it
