Came in to get several watch batteries. I have about 10 of the same brand watches and always get the lifetime batteries. The associate began to try to remove the back and was having trouble. I asked if there was a special tool to get the back off but he continued to struggle with it. Finally he got it off and immediately said it didn’t have a lifetime battery. You can get batteries cheaper somewhere else, but the convenience and outstanding service provided by Batteries Plus keeps me coming back.
I came in for a Battery replacement on my watch, the gentleman had trouble getting it back together... and they broke my watch.. it never functioned. The manager or supervisor in duty took it to the back and it came back to me broken. The arms are off. Etc. I will be billing them for a replacement. I have done business here many times and have recommend this place as well. Now I'm not happy till they make this right. I will follow up if this is corrected and they own up to a mistake. The crew worked hard to get me in and out with my new car battery. I had called to verify the battery that I needed was on hand, and they had it ready to install as soon as I arrived. They were courteous and professional!
