Friendly and Fast service. Called in an order for a case of batteries. Walked in the door 5 minutes later and they had them ready and waiting.

I ordered a car battery on line it was ready for pickup immediately. Didn't know they carried any type of battery you may need for cheaper than other stores. Todd was extremely friendly and and helpful, he even installed the battery. I'll go back when I need a battery
I couldn't get the back of my watch on after I replaced the battery. I went into Batteries+ on Shlebyville Rd. in Middletown to see if they would do it for me. They could have said, "No." After all, I didn't even buy the replacment battery there. They could have said, "Yes, for a fee." Instead, the guy behing the counter smiled broadly, said, "Sure thing!", had it done in seconds, and didn't charge me thing. He just assured himslef of a lifetime customer and a zillion recommendations.
