I usually have such a great experience there. I’ve had them fix screens, and replace phone batteries. This time they didn’t take time/care to do it right. They charged me to fix the cracked screen, but the one they put on wasn’t fitted properly and the phone was completely unusable after.
Picked up a battery ordered online. Asked them to test the old one to confirm it needed replacement. Guy said he would dispose of it for me and acknowledged I brought it in. Later I realized he never did anything on the computer and didn’t give the core deposit back, after I called he said I had to be there in person. I couldn’t go back and now I have no proof I returned the old battery and that specific location is out of my way. Misstep in customer service

They were the cheapest place I found on a Sunday that was open I had my infant grandson with me and the customer service at the counter was extremely helpful I would definitely shop there again and recommend for anyone else
Rude, indifferent service and the most inflated prices in Kentucky!!
