Key fob Battery Replacement Incident On April 14, 2026, at 10:38 AM, I purchased a replacement battery for my auto keyfob. After the purchase and replacement, my car would not start, and I had to arrange for it to be towed. Store Experience Upon further investigation, I discovered that the store clerk had failed to inform me before replacing the battery that the keyfob needed to be reprogrammed after the battery change. I went in the store to see about getting a phone battery - I was told it would be ordered. A few days later I called back to check on the status of this order and I was told, "he could see that the battery was there but couldn't find it" .. so I said, "once it was located if he could just give me a call". DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR BATTERY HERE!!! If it gets low, they'll try to charge it (like any other place or brand). But if it doesn't take a charge, the CUSTOMER either didn't charge it correctly or their alternator is bad. Even UNDER warranty, they are NOT giving you another battery. Just ZERO chance it was a BAD BATTERY. HORRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE.

Tiffany saved the day!!! My phone battery wasnt working & i was worried/very upset i wouldnt be able to get all of my pictures off of my phone and she made it happen. The people at AT&T just wanted to sell me a new phone (which i will likely need to get a new one) but #1 priority was getting my phone on & working so the photos could get transferred. Tiffany made that happen!!! THANK YOU so freaking much Tiffany! I know you can relate and i am thankful for all of your time helping me! Tiffany deserves a raise!!!!!

The WORST customer service I have ever had. I purchased a car battery last fall and brought as the car wouldn't start. The store employees were horrible. They said the warranty was violated and that no battery should be left in a car if it wasn't being driven. They had no idea how often it was driven and just assumed it sat all the time. Without thinking, I just purchased another one, as I needed the car to start. They then said the battery shouldn't be left in the car, but on a battery charger. It's 2025. Who does t... read more

On May 17, 2025, I purchased two Duracell batteries from the BatterysPlus store located at 1759 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Two months later, one of the batteries failed, showing a voltage of 1.45V. I returned the battery to the store, anticipating a replacement. The store manager, informed me that they would attempt to restore the battery and estimated that it would take 4-5 hours. The bearded gentleman who helped us on a Sunday evening about a half an hour before closing was fantastic. I had stupidly gotten an SD card stuck in the slot were the e-SIM should go. And, he managed to get it out and save the phone! High marks for patience!! This store is a tremendous resource and we’ve received significant help with our cell phones here.
