I paid almost $500 here to get the back as well as the screen to be repaired. And they told me it should work after that. When I got it back the WiFi would not turn on I was completely unable to press the WiFi button and it also overheated immediately and turned itself off. I never had these issues before. I took it back and they said they would take a look at it and when I went to retrieve it they told me they were unable to fix it but it should still turn on. It did not turn on at all. I ordered a small 4 wheeler 12 volt battery from website with pickup at my local store. Counter person was clueless - could not tell if battery had acid in it (you just have to look at opaque plastic case to see if fluid is in it or not) . Also did not offer or print me a sales receipt.

The manager and his underling treated me like I was beneath them and the color of my skin made them better and I was stupid. I went in there 2 exchange batteries I want a 12-volt not to 6 volts and the manager and his underlying wouldn't listen to the rest of my sentence stating the fact that I don't have a lot of room and I don't have room for two 6 volts even if they make 12 volts I tried to tell him and I tried to tell him and just because they can add 6 and 6does it make him any better than me or for the simple fact make... read more
