Disappointed with Return Policy for Faulty Battery I purchased an $11 battery for my smoke detector, but it didn’t work at all. And I’ve taken my keys to change the battery before I never had an issue, but this time when I went in, he went to see which battery needed to be changed out. And in putting back the backing of my key, he broke it. It wasn’t like that when I brought it to him and he said he didn’t do anything to it. It just won’t snap back. I went to Batteries+ on 7/10/25 for a cell phone need. The tip of a charge cord was broken off in my phone. I was unable to charge it 😭 To make matters worse, we had just had an unexpected death in the family and my phone had been texting/ringing nearly nonstop. The two gentlemen working that day were so kind. They had me out the door in less than 10 minutes and expressed their condolences.
