I would not come to this store they will take advantage of you. I needed a 2032 battery for a car remote. The 2 pack of that battery was under $9 they charged over $18 to take the remote apart and put a 1 new battery in. This was never discussed before they did it.

For business and personal use, this is my go-to location to get batteries and repairs on my iPhone. The staff, run by Darren and Jonathan, are always knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would not recommend Carothers pkwy store.they replaced lost key fob.key fob replacement worked great.gauges were messed up.they said it would reset.it didn’t.called 3 times.it will reset.it hasn’t. Called again per manager no way it could be their problem.do business at your risk on key fob. I won’t be back

I made an appointment to get my screen fixed and they told me they ordered it. While en route, I got stuck in traffic so I called them to let them know that I would be a little late. I live about an hour away, and I was almost there. The manager then told me they did not have the screen. He informed me that the insurance company (Allstate/Square Trade) would only replace my OLED screen with an LED screen. Fair enough, that is not a quarrel with batteries plus.
