I made an appointment to get my screen fixed and they told me they ordered it. While en route, I got stuck in traffic so I called them to let them know that I would be a little late. I live about an hour away, and I was almost there. The manager then told me they did not have the screen. He informed me that the insurance company (Allstate/Square Trade) would only replace my OLED screen with an LED screen. Fair enough, that is not a quarrel with batteries plus. Excellent service by the associate, he was very friendly, recommended a better product over what I was looking for and explained the benefits. He changed the battery in no-time. Strongly recommend to do business with him.

Complete waste of time! Set up online appointment & discovered technician was not in store at appointment time and wd be delayed due to car trouble. Look elsewhere!

Went in for some replacement batteries for a piece of equipment and came out with even better batteries than I originally came in for. My equipment now lasts longer per charge with better performance and efficiency. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and even helped install the batteries in my small battery box. Will definitely be back once the batteries run their course or if I need anything else in the meantime. Thank you so much!
