Excellent service by the associate, he was very friendly, recommended a better product over what I was looking for and explained the benefits. He changed the battery in no-time. Strongly recommend to do business with him.
Complete waste of time! Set up online appointment & discovered technician was not in store at appointment time and wd be delayed due to car trouble. Look elsewhere!
Great place for hart to find fleet batteries at a great price. Great service too.
Went in for some replacement batteries for a piece of equipment and came out with even better batteries than I originally came in for. My equipment now lasts longer per charge with better performance and efficiency. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and even helped install the batteries in my small battery box. Will definitely be back once the batteries run their course or if I need anything else in the meantime. Thank you so much!
Truly the best customer service… Jonathan and the entire team are absolutely stellar! A different Batteries Plus store had accidentally messed up my iPhone screen, and the team at this location fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes free of charge. Cannot thank them enough!!!
