Staff is knowledgeable but Duracell car batteries are junk. Had the 51R Duracell battery fail 15 days after warranty expired and store refused to replace it. Never again.
Horrible customer service! Very frustrating!!!Took my watch in to get a new battery. They handed me back my watch incomplete and with scratches they made from trying to get the back off. Instead of taking accountability to help me out, they decided to kick me out of the store. I do not recommend anyone to get their watch batteries there, very unprofessional.
