Swing all of the reviews on how batteries plus screws everyone on batteries with warranties. I thought no the can’t do that? Yup the will!! I paid $407.00 for a deep cycle dual purpose for my jeep cause that is what the long hair hippie told me I needed. Five year warranty!! Heck yeah!! 4 months later the temp dropped to 14 degrees and the jeep didn’t crank so t took it in and the said it needs to be tested. No one ever called me…. They will sell you a (car) battery, but will not stand behind nor honor the warranty. Constantly having to jump start my car. Confirmed by AAA (after being stranded at a gas station) and the Honda dealership that it was a bad battery, not the alternator or electrical system (with documentation). Took it back to BP twice (once after being stranded and then after visiting the dealership), requesting a replacement (under the 4 year warranty), was denied both times because they said their testing reader states otherwise. I purchased a headlamp and asked specifically if I could return for a refund if there was a problem with it, as I'd had trouble with the previous one I'd purchased (elsewhere) only working a few days and quitting. I was assured it would be no problem--just keep the packaging and have the card it was purchased on. Sure enough, the first time it was charged, two pieces broke off of the charging port. My Samsung phone was heavily damaged and dead. Insurance through my provider required I get an appointment to attempt repair and this location was closest. I never dreamed it was repairable but the tech at this location had it working and looking like new in 45 minutes. Needless to say very impressed!
