I purchased a Duracel 36-month AGM battery for my Yamaha WaveRunner from Batteries Plus in Cumming, GA. I called 2 times with questions, and the employee(s) who answered the phone were polite and helpful. When I went into the store, everyone was friendly. Ian helped me recycle some batteries and lightbulbs, and he patiently answered my many questions. He was very knowledgeable. The price to recycle light bulbs was also very reasonable. Thank you Ian, and thank you Batteries Plus. I would come to this store again in a heartbeat with any of my recycling, battery, or phone repair needs.

Awesome staff and customer service. The young woman that helped me was very helpful and friendly and really knew her stuff. I ordered something online to pick up in the store and they had it ready for me right away and also answered some questions I had concerning the battery.
