Rose was a huge help and made the process of fixing my phone easy!
I recently had the batteries replaced in my 3 watches. When I got home, I realized 1 wasn't working so I took it back. The employee said that wasn't one of the watches I brought in, and would not fix it. Needless to say I will never return to Batteries Plus.
Do not use for iPhone screen replacement or you risk your brightness not working right and voiding your warranty. Use Apple or Best Buy which has an Apple tech.
Went for a new ATV battery after buying and returning incorrect from different store Extremely helpful and pleasant customer experience.
