I bought lifetime battery plans on 4 watches. The gentleman I just spoke with looked up my plans and I had 3 under my number. I swore I bought a plan for my Mother’s Movado and he graciously offered to try another phone number. Jackpot! I purchased it under her name and her phone number. Had he not offered she would’ve had to go pay elsewhere. All you need is your phone number and can go to any store nationwide! I’m a lifer!
Stupid
I took my 10 year old iPad to Batteries+ and they replaced it within a two days! I'm very pleased. I had taken it to a service business on Hayden Island and after a month, they still could not get the right battery (they ordered the wrong one first). Nor did they ever get the right battery or install it! And commutation fro Batteries+ was great. Got no communications from the other place.
