I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Patel for providing one of the most pleasant and professional customer-service experiences I have had in quite some time. Cool store. I went to drop off 4 dying Led-Acid batteries from my Ryobi mower for recycling. The young enterprising man helped me unload the batteries (52lbs each) on to the cart and he took them away. This shop has every kind of battery (household, medical device, etc.) that you might need. There's always Amazon, but if you need a special battery the same day, definitely worth a call/look.
I called this location Friday morning to ask about getting my screen fixed for my phone. The guy who answered came off extremely rude while talking over me CONSTANTLY! He kept saying the technician isn’t in multiple times. So I ask when there would be a technician he couldn’t give me a definitive answer and sounded like he was stumbling over his words. Site claims they take fluorescent bulbs for recycling. Disinterested associate hiding behind a computer at the counter refused. One of the two was correct. Neither is good customer service.
