Terrible. They stripped my phone screws to get the battery out then did nothing about it don’t recommend at all

I had to warrantee some batteries I bought at another location. The man at the store handled a weeklong transaction with Grace and skill.

They had battery in stock for PWC online; they answered their phone and confirmed. I have bought online and 1 hour later I was in store to pick it up. Very friendly. Price was about the same as other places, but they had it in stock and ready for pick up, no waiting or shipping for other day.

I had an amazing experience with Josh and Aaron when I brought in my phone with a badly cracked screen. My Samsung A14 5G stopped accepting the male C type USB charging plug. I thought it was damaged. Took it Batteries Plus. They inspected it and found that was fouled with pocket lint. They cleaned while I waited. Works perfect now. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.
