Tried to contact them via phone, but they keep putting me on hold and never come back. Have tried several times. Nobody home
I scheduled an appointment for an iPhone 12 mini battery replacement. The battery that was put in my phone was worse than the 4.5 year old battery that came with it. They damaged my screen saying the screws were stripped, though the phone had never been worked on. the after-market replacement screen had a smaller viewable area that made it harder to read. the touch actions (swipe from top for notifications, swiper from corner for control center) are now messed up. I ordered online and it was said to be in stock. It's been 10days and it's going to be another week. They did offer tp cancel the order and I did. I can not recommend Batteries Plus.
