I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Batteries Plus! I needed to have my smart key fob copied for my daughter’s Mazda 3 and from start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. I have 2 battiers in my truck one show bad with cca no good the other one 850 cca . So went to get repace under warranty. Did by in another state about two years ago from Batteries plus store. At this store said have to put it on charge 2 days.glad I not traveling and would have to stay in hotel or buy another set. This not way to do things. I well go back and buy battiers autozone oor other supply places . Never In all the years been told this and I will not buy Battiers from these stores
I needed a new key fob for my 2011 VW Routan. My daughter and I went down to check with them. Their tech was not in yesterday but would be in today. I went down with 2 blank fobs and they were able to program them and make copies of the keys. They were extremely helpful, courteous and the price was better than the last time I needed a new fob. I highly recommend them for any and all battery replacements. They certainly deserve an "Atta Boy" in my opinion.
I forgot his name , but excellent service and he fixed a separate problem on my phone besides the screen no charge .
