Great customer service! The battery I needed was in stock and ready for pickup. I paid for the battery online, and when I called to say I wanted to pick up the battery the next day. When I picked up the battery, it was already full charged by them so I could install it on my motorcycle and ride! What's not to like? I will buy all my batteries from Batteries Plus in the future!
Sunday morning, I dropped my iPhone and the screen has been broken. So, I was in panic, and visited the store and Carl fixed it less in one hour. The price is $100 less than Apple Store nearby. 100% satisfied.
Came here because my battery car died. Originally was supposed to be serviced at Santa Ana but the battery was not in stock so I had to drive all the way to Brea. I was upset at first because it was a far drive through traffic, but in all honesty, Rob made up for all that hassle. Rob is one of the few people I've actually seen genuinely trying to help people.
