It was so refreshing to meet and patronize an establishment with an exemplary work ethic and integrity. Cordial, polite and prompt completion of the work. Charles is the best. Batteries+Bulbs is the place to go.
Website says they recycle batteries and small electronics. Get there and they inform me it’s “certain locations”. Would be nice to have that information when checking the website. Edit: to the generic reply from the company; the issue is your website doesn’t state that you don’t accept lithium ion batteries within certain stores. Very friendly staff. Fair and competitive prices. Good stock of supplies.
Great customer service! The battery I needed was in stock and ready for pickup. I paid for the battery online, and when I called to say I wanted to pick up the battery the next day. When I picked up the battery, it was already full charged by them so I could install it on my motorcycle and ride! What's not to like? I will buy all my batteries from Batteries Plus in the future!
