If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment to have my phone battery replaced. When I arrived, an employee came out from the back. I told him I'm there for my appointment to replace the battery. He tells me they can't do it today. I ask if it is because they don't have the specific battery in stock. Nope, he says. I went this morning to buy a battery from this location I found right one and when I get to the register, he asked me what’s that phone number I provide my phone number. He asked me about the name. I provide the name of my company and then he asked me what’s that last name and I told him that I don’t wanna provide all my Business and personal information in order to purchase a battery I told him that I think my company name and my phone number should be enough then he said that I gotta go by somewhere else so I did. They will sell you a battery with a 2 year warranty but tell you up front they will NOT HONOR the warranty!!! Absolutely amazing!! Go to Interstate Battery's on Phoenix Street 3 blocks away!!!
