I went this morning to buy a battery from this location I found right one and when I get to the register, he asked me what’s that phone number I provide my phone number. He asked me about the name. I provide the name of my company and then he asked me what’s that last name and I told him that I don’t wanna provide all my Business and personal information in order to purchase a battery I told him that I think my company name and my phone number should be enough then he said that I gotta go by somewhere else so I did. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend shopping at the Fort Smith location for your battery plus needs.
They will sell you a battery with a 2 year warranty but tell you up front they will NOT HONOR the warranty!!! Absolutely amazing!! Go to Interstate Battery's on Phoenix Street 3 blocks away!!!
Friendly staff and great monthly deals.
Never shop here. They do not honor what they sell. One of the employees threatened my husband when he said we wouldn't shop there again.
