I love this BatteriesPlus store this was my very first time buying anything here I need battery for my car keys I really needed it done over a hold year I walked in it’s clean and they have everything organize so you can see everything that they have in the store and the customer service was 1000% awesome my next trip there would be very soon to get me a car battery and the prices are awesome and affordable

They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained my options clearly without any pressure. Service was fast, professional, and friendly, and the store was clean and well organized. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service still matters. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.
I bought a battery for my toyota hybrid XLE on May now thr battery is not working and they are giving me a hard time even to check if the battery is damaged. The battery suppose to have 3 years guarantee. They said on saturday they will check and it will take 6 hours. And without being mechanics or even touch the car they already blaming many parts of my car! This is ridiculous.
