Took a PS5 in to get repaired because the system was getting overheated and would shut down after 2-3 three hours if I was gaming. They took a look at it said the Liquid Metal was pooling so they were going to repair it. I get it back 3 days later, get home and hook it up and it is getting no power at all and will not turn on. They bricked it. How do you “make a repair” then not check it before you return it to the customer?
Place is complete garbage! Went to Ai and complete waste of time!
Awful customer service. Came in 20min before closing, woman there told me I needed to bring my car battery inside for them to check it which is completely unnecessary, said if I brought the battery inside and ended up having to put it back in my car then they wouldn’t jump it for me. Absolutely unbelievable
