I had a key fob that wasn’t working. Gabriel was so helpful! I really appreciate his expertise and his problem solving ability! He found my fob at another Batteries Plus store and help me set up an appointment for the next day. Instead of having to wait a week I will be all set tomorrow. Best place to purchase batteries, light bulbs, windshield wiper blades and receive honest advice for replacements. The staff is excellent in all areas of the process. Wonderful experience everytime I visit the location.
The employee who helped me today was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, quick and kind! They checked my car battery within minutes of me walking into the store, gave me options and installed a new battery all under 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this location !
