you guys are awesome. Took my phone to get its battery replaced on a place on Walzem that shall remain nameless and they screwed up the reassembly so I took my phone to batteries plus who have replaced my screen previously and they fixed the other guy’s shoddy work and didn’t even charge me anything - I should bust you down a star for not being able to replace my battery in the first place, but im not gonna bust beans too much - fughedaboutit! - great service every time - thanks again
Excellent customer services. Really recommend it if you need your keys cut and programed/phone repair, auto battery. Maurice and Kai went the extra mile with help and services 10 outta 10. Really cool dpwn to earth guys. Was outta there and taken care of in 30 minutes.

Customer service is great! I was able to call Batteries Plus store in another state to get info for lifetime purchase of battery on key fob.
Maurice was awesome. Took out old battery which wasn't easy to begin with. Then tested old battery right in front of me and showed results of test. Installed new battery. I paid online, but since I gave him the old battee for disposal he credited my account back $22. He was super thorough and kept it moving. Appreciate his customer service!
