I had an excellent experience with Batteries Plus! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They helped me find the right battery and even installed it for me. The installation was incredibly quick and professionally done, and they had me back on the road in no time. Great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

They replaced the battery on an old iPhone 8 I got from my brother. It seems like their whole operation is based around trying to trick you. I set up an appointment online, and at the end it showed me what I was getting; but also showed me a lower price for the same thing as an add-on? I suspect the goal there is to get people to click on it trying to only get the cheaper one, and end up accidentally paying almost double.
