I purchased 2 batteries at the ten mile store a year ago. Took them into be test last Wednesday morning and was told that they were bad. I was in a hurry to get on my vacation and when I was told that it would take 2 hours to test I just bought 2 new batteries. I went back to the store when I got home to see if the testing was complete and was told that they did not test them because I purchased two new batteries. Great customer service and my go to for alarm battery packs!
Needed a new battery for my motorcycle. Ordered online for in-store pickup. Got there to pick it up and was asked if I needed anything else like a charger. I said I have the battery tender (750 milliamp) that is shown as one of the recommended products with the battery I bought. The guy says that from their experience that one won’t charge the battery. My question is, then why show it as a recommended product to go with this battery? Maybe I got hustled into buying a new charger, but it’s fine.
