Batteries plus in Boise literally saved the day!! The employees were ALL so helpful and treated my 8 year old daughter so kindly ♡ they fixed my phone fast and its a much older model. Thank goodness they had the battery I needed for my seven year old phone! I have had such a rough year (our home burned down April 10th and that's just ONE of the many hardships that has happened so far) it's just been one thing after another and these guys made my life a little simpler and helped to take away from my stress. My wife just went in there to have her key fob battery replaced. She had forgotten that i was going to do it. That being said she got hosed at battery plus, charged her $28.00 for a 90 cent battery and less than 5 minutes of there time. Dont mind a business making money, but thats robbery and preying on the innocent. Wont Ever go there for ANYTHING in the future.

Went online to buy a battery, purchased from the website for store pick up, got a confirmation email for the order, received an email that my order was ready to be picked up, drove across town to the store and they didn't have the battery. I was told that they didn't have the battery and no Batteries Plus store in the area had it and that they also couldn't order one in for me. I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future if this is how they're going to run their business. A complete waste of time and not worth it.... read more

I came in because I was afraid my battery was dying. The sales person put a tester on my battery in my car and said I had 80% left and I should change it before winter that night. My battery died that same evening and left me in a car that needed a jump.
