Went to Batteries + in Ocoee Florida, to replace battery in Key fab for 2019 Dodge Ram. The new battery did not solve the issue. My husband spoke with really nice front desk young man and asked if they were able to replace the keyfab for our make/model. I came to this Batteries Plus on 9/13 around 2pm because my battery went dead and i had to get a jump. I also was previously told my cranking amps were low. So on 9/13, I tried to get my battery that was under warranty replaced. There was 1 guy there. The guy intentionally lied and said everything looked fine. I needed car (2019 RAV4 XLE) battery quickly, conveniently, and relatively inexpensively. Batteries Plus (Ocoee, FL) accomplished that mission with the expert guidance of Pablo Morales (Store Manager)! He did an excellent job of answering my initial phone call, upgrading my battery to a larger size with no additional cost, explaining the details, and installing the battery! Very professional, courteous
Spent about 30 minutes this morning with Danial and Pedro. Mainly Danial took really good care of me with my Aux battery purchase and install. Hard to find good service anywhere but they provided great service! Appreciate all the help this morning with the battery and windshield wiper purchase. My go to place from now on. Thanks gentlemen!
