Very professional very courteous and very knowledgeable.. I had a new battery installed in my cell phone to extend its life. After getting home I noticed the vibration control wasn't working. I then noticed the phone was not receiving any cellular signal and only worked on wifi. I took the phone in the next morning but since it was a Saturday, no manager was available to hopefully start the process of getting a replacement phone until Monday.
