Christian is awesome. I came in with the Jaden's portable thermal printer PD -84 because the battery is shot. The units no longer taking a charge. We then had to go through quite a few hoops to get the battery exposed. He spent about 30 minutes helping me finally get to this battery only to find that it is not a common battery and could only find it on one website in China. Awesome highly helpful staff. Recommends strongly
