After getting the runaround from sprint, I finally got an appointment for 9:30am to have my daughters iPhone 15 cracked screen replaced. I arrived at 9:15 AM. And at 9:24, my phone was checked in the man told me 1.5 hours. Over 3 hours later and multiple conversations. I finally have my phone back.
