Scott and the team at Batteries Plus saved my butt with our beach cart battery and were great to deal with. My phone had been lost and smashed by a car. Someone turned it in to batteries plus. Someone there reached out to us thankfully and we were able to get it back. They did a great job also on repairing the screen. Thanks guys!
Was visiting my son and submerged my iPhone. They sold me a replacement that 1. was not able to activate touch validation and 2. Had a broken microphone. Callers could not hear me. Totally took advantage of me!!!
If I could give this place is zero I will it’s very unprofessional. I love the tablet for two weeks for them to tell me that they needed another two weeks because their tech was on vacation for two weeks. I had a call in 4 to 5 times to see what’s going on with the tally because they don’t keep you up-to-date and then the day I called he told me I will give you a call back in half hour. He never called me backvery unprofessional.
