Very helpful staff!
Needed 2 batteries for my 14 Honda Accord, did a Google search for batteries, went to three different stores that google stated were in stock only to find nothing in the kiosks. Came across Batteries Plus on the web search, went down there, was helped by Kou. He immediately handed me 2 batteries, made sure they were the correct ones, even installed one for me. Kid took a regular screwdriver and ruined the battery cover. I asked if he had any smaller screwdriver or watch pick to do it properly and he just looked at me confused. Did not even apologize. Did not offer compensation or anything.
Batteries plus always has great prices, and the local pickup option is great.
They had what I needed. But their young clerk was a real ignorant do-fuss who obviously had never heard about customer relations.
