Refusal to honor 10-year warranty on $800 battery. Avoid this location for X2Power Lithium warranties. I brought in an $800 battery with only 6 discharge cycles. The store held it for 7 days but performed zero actual diagnostics. They denied a 10-year warranty based on a 5-second voltmeter reading, ignoring the fact that the internal BMS (Battery Management System) failed to protect the cells as advertised.
