Order was not ready when I got to the store. I did not recieve a text message as to stage of processing, and the Young man at the counter seemed a bit disorganized, and not very friendly.

I am a watchmaker and these people break a tremendous amount of watches because they don't know how watches are supposed to come apart and go back together. Happy as I am to get the business, I'm equally unhappy that they have no shame, not enough training, and pass the risk of their incompetence onto the consumer. The wife and I were in Duluth camping for a week and one of the days we were out riding stopped to gas up and then the bike wouldn't start. Volt gauge indicated about 10 volts. Bad battery you ask? Yup. Bad battery. Got it going again after push start (not easy to pop start an ultra limited by the way lol) and went straight to batteries plus.
