Alejandro at the Hillsboro Town Center Drive Batteries Plus store provided excellent service in replacing the battery in my car key fob. He also replaced the windshield wiper blades as well. He is very knowledgeable about all the items in stock in the store. I would definitely get help from this Batteries Plus store in the future if needed.
They are running a TIGHT ship here, fixed my car key fob super fast, got a good deal on replacement batteries.

My Galaxy Note 9 from 2019 has a cracked backplate and battery was not holding a charge for long. The tech took extra care to not further damage the back even though there was excessive adhesive right at the cracks. The new battery holds charge all day and my apps are sped back up to their original rate. New phones don't have a lot of the features I fell in love with on this phone and it's so nice to have new life breathed back into this classic powerhouse!
Such an easy experience getting my phone screen fixed! Everyone was helpful and kind. Only took about 2 hours and they even put my new screen protector on for me. I will be returning if I ever need to again!
