The employees doesn’t seem very knowledgeable. My phone screen got replaced and first, the glass they use must be the cheapest of the cheap. I had tools in my pocket and it cracked the screen by simply just walking around. Next, a few days later I noticed the corner of the screen popping out of place. Preface this with its hard for me to have an hour of free time with a toddler. Ordered 2 key fobs Got called in after 2 weeks, told me they ordered one wrong one. Oh we can do 1 hour now and 1 hour next time or just knock them both out later. Let's do both next time, sure. 2 weeks again, got a call, go in. Oliva was amazingly professional and friendly! She and her repair team helped fix phone after the battery tried to swell and explode 2 times in a row! O.o!

Recycled all my AA & AAA batteries for $1.50 and bulbs (not working) for each ~$0.70. Wanted to get rid of the bulbs & batteries so badly. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
