My Galaxy Note 9 from 2019 has a cracked backplate and battery was not holding a charge for long. The tech took extra care to not further damage the back even though there was excessive adhesive right at the cracks. The new battery holds charge all day and my apps are sped back up to their original rate. New phones don't have a lot of the features I fell in love with on this phone and it's so nice to have new life breathed back into this classic powerhouse!
Such an easy experience getting my phone screen fixed! Everyone was helpful and kind. Only took about 2 hours and they even put my new screen protector on for me. I will be returning if I ever need to again!
One of the clerks greeting soon after entering the store. He quickly & successfully was able to replace the battery in my car key fob! HELPFUL, but NOT PUSHY. And he did point out a current good sale on batteries, and then helped me find a different size that I needed.
Service was great on the phone as well as in person when I came to get the battery and headlight for my motorcycle. Works great
I ordered a battery for my van online and came in to pick it up. John retrieved my fully charged battery and even helped me install it in the parking lot. We broke a hose off my radiator in the process. It was obvious the radiator part was about to break off anyway. John managed to get the hose back on well enough that I could make it to the auto parts store. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you again John!
