Wow, what a condescending staff. I bought 2 batteries. One died during warranty but I was accused of “neglecting my battery” because it wouldn’t hold a charge and they refused to replace. I explained that we bought 2 at the same time. How does one work and the other not? He just kept saying that I neglected it. The man was super rude and off putting. I would recommend buying from ANYWHERE else.
Replaced my phone battery and cleaned out the charging port very quickly and affordably, highly recommend.
I have been in this store three times in the last three years, and it has been a great experience every time. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
The two guys that were there greeted me right away. I did an online order and just gave them my last name. They knew exactly what I came in for. They also helped me cross reference the battery just to double check myself. And also help check the voltage on the new battery to make sure it was good to go. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.
thank you to the gentleman who helped with my key fob situation (it was broke into a few pieces lol) he was temporarily able to piece it back together to hold for about 2 weeks and lead me to the right direction for a key fob casing. Will definitely be coming back for assistance and repair in the future.
