I have been in this store three times in the last three years, and it has been a great experience every time. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
The two guys that were there greeted me right away. I did an online order and just gave them my last name. They knew exactly what I came in for. They also helped me cross reference the battery just to double check myself. And also help check the voltage on the new battery to make sure it was good to go. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.
thank you to the gentleman who helped with my key fob situation (it was broke into a few pieces lol) he was temporarily able to piece it back together to hold for about 2 weeks and lead me to the right direction for a key fob casing. Will definitely be coming back for assistance and repair in the future.
I needed a backup key/fob for my car. I called the dealer and got a quote for$455.00. Serendipity...I received an email from Batteries Plus that showed they did key fobs. I was able to get my new key fob for much less than the dealer quote.
I was greeted by an employee named Travis when I entered and was asked if I needed any help. Travis explained to me the type of battery I needed and showed me a few different options. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his field. I appreciate your professionalism until next time!
