Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always a good experience.
I routinely contact them about batteries for things I own that they do not carry and it takes them forever to figure out that they don't have it. I mean common things like a microphone battery a generator battery, a flashlight battery
Their warranty is a JOKE. Had a Duracell battery go bad after only 8 months and they refused to replace this defective battery.
