Their warranty is a JOKE. Had a Duracell battery go bad after only 8 months and they refused to replace this defective battery.
This place has Radio Shack vibes but no one tries to pressure you for an upsell. Workers and management went above and beyond to make sure I left with a working vehicle after purchasing a car battery from them. Would gladly give them more business in the future. Thank you Batteries Plus Suffolk!
