I dropped off a faulty car battery to be replaced under warranty. They insisted on testing it, which is fair, but they tested it immediately after charging it, ignoring the issue that the battery wouldn't hold a charge for a few days in a car (which didn't have leakage - another battery would hold a charge for a few weeks just fine). There was a bunch of phone tag involved, and they didn't call me back when they said they would. I was then slow to pick it up, so they disposed of my battery.
I bought a battery for my F150 truck on the snowist and coldest day this year. The price was competitive and the quality was Duracell and the service was great. 2 guys were the nicest guys. Thanks, I will be back.
On this visit to the Glen Ellyn Battery Plus store I brought in 8 watches with dead batteries along with a remote control that was also dead. After being greeted by Anthony, I felt confident that I could leave everything in his capable hands and mentioned that I would be back in two days to pick everything up. This could have easily been a 1 star review. I was waiting for my battery replacement for my phone - they said it would be 30 mins to an hour. I said, I would wait. It wound up being just over 2 hours. So, why am i giving this a 5 star review? Because the way Anthony handled this Karen who "cut" in line - and demanded her phone situation be fixed before anyone elses work was done - it was like a scene out of a youtube video.
