The employees apparently do not make enough to support themselves. It’s gonna be high school kids or younger guys here who are still living at home. If that’s who you wanna trust with your phone or watch then go ahead. I would rather go somewhere where the person doing the service isn’t at risk of leaving and never coming back the next day. Why would they care what happens to my phone watch or car if it’s just a temporary job?
Awesome service. Im in the service business and these guys did everything right. Will double check and correct if Im wrong but I believe his name was Anthony. Cant find the business card I took, but I believe thats him. Long story short. Stopped by to get a last minute warranty repair on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra today and was accommodated with due courtesy and professionalism. Anthony and Khaleel were a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was effortless and the repair was finished in under 1 hour which is what I was quoted. When I received my phone back, Anthony performed a series of basic tests to ensure that my phone was working properly and there were no post repair issues. Purchased a Duracell Ultra battery for my Harley Road Glide, battery lasted two seasons and craped out, battery was kept on a reputable battery tender. I would not recommend this battery
