Very easy, told them what I needed, they explained several options, pi ked out a battery, paid and on my way. Installed it and now back on the road.
Don't let them work on your cell phone!!!! I took my iPhone 13 pro max in for a battery replacement. The battery was bad and so that should have been it. Within days I'm having issues with my screen where it will split and discolor or shut down completely from possible over heating. I go back to the store and the same manager who did my initial service is there and offers to replace my screen for free. I thought it was a bit odd but maybe just good service. I purchased a battery that no one else had for my generator. Batteries Plus had it it fit and my generator is ready for hurricane Erin if it comes to eastern North Carolina
