I would give this place negative 100 Stars if I could. I’ve had an awful experience in there every single time. I paid for a lifetime key fob batter replacement, have had my batteries replaced since then, and suddenly they now can’t find that I’ve paid for it. Also, don’t even schedule a car battery replacement here because they’re not competent enough to handle that either.
They changed the battery on my car fob a few weeks ago, it quit working today. I have used this company for years with great success. I felt certain they would honor my purchase as the battery they replaced must have been damaged or faulty. However the young man charged me fun price. When I asked about it he said yes it was really unfortunate but he had to charge me again. When I went to my car the new battery immediately worked so I came back to see if I could get a refund since it clearly wasn’t working before his response... read more
