Cracked screen on my Samsung S25 plus. Wilbur was the tech that fixed the screen and also installed a glass screen protector on my phone. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed correctly and that I was happy with repair. Highly recommend!
Bought a watch battery and was told that I shouldn't need a lifetime warranty battery that cost around $24. I was suggested to purchase the one time deal for $16.99. A few days later the battery and the watch stopped working and was told my Battery Plus that it was my watch not there battery. I didn't get a refund or a gift card to use in their store. Not even an apology. All the man said was I spoke to my boss and he said no refund ! I could have gotten a battery at the watch place in Burlington for $7 instead I spent more ... read more
