Picked out a battery that matched one I brought in to replace, and then was upsold to a "better" one. I didn't realize until I got home that the polarity was reversed on the "better" one I was sold so it wouldn't work. Wasn't able to get back until after the 14 day return period expired at which point I was told there's "nothing they can do". My fault for not noticing they upsold me the wrong item.
