I purchased a car battery online, which i made a mistake. A call from the store was given, & the assistance was given to purchase another battery. Once arrived, Willie replaced my battery & was outgoing. Very impressed.
TERRIBLE customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would instead suggest Cell phone repair dayton, they were willing and able to help me and fixed my phone screen same day at 5pm in under 30 minutes
John the owner helped me find some fuses I was searching for. The staff were nice and helpful when I came to pick up my order. Great place, very helpful. I'll recommend them to anyone needing this line of help going forward.
So I had a pretty mixed experience at this location, I will start with the negative then the positive, so for starters the communication (at least in my experience) was very poor, nobody updates or talks to each other much to let others know what's going on, I came in on Friday this month to get iphone 7 screen replacement, paid the 94$ and was told by the black guy at the front desk no screen was in and I would have to wait until Monday most likely, same day I get a call back from who I'm assuming is the technician saying m... read more
