While at Batteries plus i received great customer service from Aziz He went above and beyond Even tho Assurant caused me to be in the store for 2hrs The workers were very patient and helpful
My batteries were shot in my key fobs(2). I went to Home Depot which didn't do replacement. Also, I googled a few places and kept getting Batteries Plus. I got a battery for my key fob about 3-4 years ago so I went back to them. Once you buy you have a LIFETIME warranty so one battery was replaced for free and I paid around $25 for the other. Now, both will be free from now on. WIN WIN I would say! Customer service was great and fast! In and out within 10mins. I would recommend.
