Incompetent deceiving personnel. They promised to replace a battery in my laptop saying it was an easy thing. They could not do it, did not call me (I had to call to find out), lost the tools that came with the battery that I brought them and the wrapper for the battery. Said they could not do anything about any of it. Amazing.
Stopped in there this morning before work, staff was extremely helpful, professional, and extremely quick to service. Would highly recommend.

The staff is always very obliging and courteous. They always have what I need and if they don’t, they will order it for me and notify me upon arrival.
