The overall experience with the customer service was great. The representative was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I have been a loyal Costco customer and have been buying batteries from them. But the recent bad experience on many levels at the Union, NJ Costco made me search for alternatives and luckily I find a great alternative in the Battery+. 2 thumbs up for the fellas at this Springfield, NJ branch. My Outlander had finicky specs and everyone's software catalogue kept recommending the wrong item. These guys had a compatible & stronger item on the shelf and it's been a total win. Installed just before the "Big One of Jan '26" and we re going into our second weekend of 0*F weather with confidence. Thanks!
My dad has been extremely inconvenienced by this situation. They tried to cut new keys for his truck, but instead they erased the entire computer memory. His truck is now completely disabled in the parking lot, and he has no other vehicle to rely on. As a senior citizen, this puts him in an especially difficult position. He now has to arrange for a tow, and then find a specialized shop that can reprogram the truck’s computer and create new keys.
